The staff were friendly and helpful (they even helped me with my French!). The room was nice and neat with a modern touch. The hotel's location near transport links made it easy to explore. I appreciated the 24-hour front desk service, a detail that enhanced the security and convenience of my stay.
The lack of an elevator was a slight inconvenience, especially with luggage.

the staff were very helpful. the hotel was super clean. cookies were available on arrival. beds were so comfortable.
the bathroom needs updating, especially the floors. i saw ants in the bathroom. the room was really small and basic. there was no view whatsoever.

the location was acceptable since it was close to a car rental company i used.
The soundproofing was nonexistent. I could hear everything from other rooms. there was no wifi in the room. It was quite annoying because i needed connection .

i appreciated the hotel's proximity to restaurants, markets, boulangeries, and cafés. the staff were consistently polite and helpful. our bedroom had a good size, and the bed was comfortable. the shower was amazing with its different settings.
the soundproofing was not great. i could hear noises from other rooms.

I found the staff kind and helpful. the hotel features a beautiful blend of modern and traditional interiors. i also appreciated the delicious breakfast. its location is fantastic with excellent value for money.
the noise level was a bit high. i could hear sounds from adjacent rooms, a minor inconvenience. i was expecting a quieter atmosphere for better rest.
